Welcome to Online Chat! CAN-TRIO Staff are available for quick, general counseling related questions.  The chat service is open to Hancock students only.  The CAN-TRIO staff will only provide general information, and will not share student's records.

How to use chat?

Step 1: Click on Knock on Door on the staff member's card if you see a green light. Note: Before you knock on any of the doors in the lobby below please make sure you are logged in to ConexED. You can do that by visiting and entering your myHancock  user name and password.

Step 2: Click on "Enter meeting" 

Now, you should be able to view the staff member. Should you have any issues, please contact our office at (805)922-6966 ext. 3434 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please note: When using the chat feature, please use a PC or a laptop and Google Chrome or FireFox web browser, as the program is only compatible with the mentioned.  Students using other web browsers and other forms of technology may experience technical problems when trying to connect to online chat.
