Educational Master Plan (EMP) Activities Collection

Please review the Excel Spreadsheet EMP Activities Collection and the memo dated March 31,
2021 regarding the implementation of prioritized Educational Master Plan Strategies and Activities (links below). The Excel document is intended to generate discussion within your councils and committees to assess implementation of activities that support the Educational Master Plan or other identified planning documents. The Excel document will be used to aggregate college-wide activities, required resources, expected outcomes, metrics, and a timeline of implementation. As you review activities supported by or overseen by your council, you are asked to consider including these activities as part of your council goals.

The memo includes activities that emerged from the Planning Retreat in 2021. Please pay particular attention to these activities as you complete the Excel form. You are also encouraged to review the complete list of priorities for additional activities that align with your council or the committees that report to your council.
