Graphic Identity Standards 2022 Cover

Graphic Identity Standards

The college's Graphic Identity Standards serve to provide consistency in the graphic identity of Allan Hancock College. Updated in 2022, the standards outline proper use of college logos (both official college logo and Spike the mascot), colors, fonts, and more. It outlines templates for presentations, marketing materials, and non-academic certificates, as well as guidance on college apparel, photography, and ADA compliance.

AHC Logo Policies

AHC College logos below are acceptable for use. ALL other configurations of the logo are unacceptable and may not be used in any publication or application.

The trademark portion of the logo (sometimes called the "flame" or "tree" icon) should never be used alone.

The only exception is when the full logo appears somewhere else on the page and the "flame" is used as art, screened behind text.

Do not stretch or bend a logo to fit the space! The logo's dimensions must not be altered. For logo application questions or assistance, please contact the public affairs office.

For web: Hexadecimal = Blue: #004988 Gold: #FFCD00
