Allan Hancock College and the University Transfer Center wish to present you with a Transfer Recognition Award! You and your supporters deserve this! Please complete the form below so that we can honor you.

By completing this form:

Earn a Transfer Recognition Award certificate.
Earn a transfer star designation in the graduation program (only if you are earning an associate’s degree).
Earn a transfer star, which will be displayed at the UTC.
Earn an invitation to our Transfer Star Signing Day.

Deadline to complete the form is May 1. This will allow your name to be included in our graduation program.
