In an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, EOPS, CalWORKs, and the CARE/Next Up Centers have transitioned to serving students
in a virtual environment.
Counselors and Specialists are now available to serve you through various methods. We are able to assist you via telephone, email, online chat, and/or video-conferencing. Students wishing to "see" their Counselor through video-conferencing are able to do so by using Cranium Cafe. We encourage you to find a method that fits your needs.
We know this is a time of uncertainty and concern for many of you, and we want to reassure you that although we may not be able to offer in-person services at this time, we will continue to be available to assist you.
We are committed to continue to offer excellent services while also protecting the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, and community. We thank you and appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we navigate through these challenging times. Please stay healthy!
If you have a quick question, or need to speak to someone, call our office at (805) 922-6966 x3214 or x3623 or x5249 and our staff will connect you.
Priority registration for EOPS students is on Monday, May 4 for both summer and fall.
Class search for summer and fall classes is open. You can acces it on AHC main webpage or in your portal.
Here is a short video that will show you how to use class search and register.
We want to give you as much consistency and stability during this time. We’ve set up daily EOPS counseling “drop ins” from 10-12 & 1:30-3:30.
Call our office (805) 922-6966 x3214 or x3623 and we will connect you to an EOPS counselor.
Appointments with counselors and specialists will be similar to what you are accustomed to. First call our office to schedule the appointment. On your appointment day and time call our office to check in and we will connect you.
