Degree Works is a tool available for you to monitor your academic progress towards certificate/degree completion.  It is a comprehensive, easy-to-use, web-based academic advising and degree audit tool that helps you successfully navigate curriculum requirements.

Counselors use Degree Works to develop plans.  New students are required to meet with a counselor to develop a first semester plan.  We want to ensure you get off to a great start!  During your first semester at Hancock, we encourage you to meet with a counselor to develop a semester-by semester plan, also known as a student education plan (SEP), that outlines every course needed for your intended goal.  You are required to schedule a counseling appointment to create a SEP.

DegreeWorks also allows you to perform a "What If" analysis to determine certificate/degree completion for different programs.

DegreeWorks can be accessed through your myHancock account.
