Committee Membership

The Allan Hancock College Measure I Citizens' Oversight Committee is a seven to eight member committee formed in October 2006 that provides oversight to ensure that Measure I bond revenues are expended only for the purposes authorized by law. Committee members are chosen to represent a variety of community interests, as required by law. 

Current members

Judith Dale, 2022-2024, support organization representative

Edgar Gascon, 2023-2025, an active member of a business organization (Hacienda Realty)

Samantha Martinez, 2023, student representative

Sue Slavens, 2020-2024, an active member of a senior organization (City of Lompoc)

Kenneth Wolf, 2019-2023, community at-large representative

Opportunities to serve

We are currently accepting applications for the following representatives to serve on the committee:
