Check-in at Santa Maria Campus |
Meet in front of PCPA (Marian Theater) located in lot 3 for check-in. Do not board the bus until you check in with the counselor. Students can leave their cars parked in the lot over the weekend, but the college is not responsible for break-ins or theft. Students can also be dropped off. The bus will NOT stop, we will provide a simple breakfast. |

Bus promptly departs Santa Maria Campus |
The bus ride will take roughly 5 hours or more to Sacramento State. There are no stops but a restroom is located on the bus. |

Arrive at Sacramento State/ Lunch |
Students will be provided money to eat lunch on campus |

12:50 - 3:00 PM |
Sacramento State Tour/ Admissions Presentation and Dream Center Tour |
Meet in front of Sacramento State Welcome Center for Admissions Presentation and Campus Tour. |

3:15 PM |
Board Bus and Depart Campus |
This bus ride will take roughly 30 minutes depending on traffic. |

3:30 - 4:00 PM |
Arrive at Hotel | Check into the hotel and assign rooms enjoy the local area/ have dinner on your own. |

Meet in the Lobby | Students will meet in the hotel lobby. Please remember to bring all of your luggage
and belongings as we will not be returning to the hotel. Breakfast will be provided at the conference |

Bus departs to UC Davis | This bus ride will take roughly 30 minutes depending on traffic. |

7:50 AM - 2:00 PM |
Arrive at UC Davis/ Motivational Conference | Registration, Welcome, Keynote Speaker, Workshops, and lunch will be provided |

Depart back to AHC |
This bus ride will take roughly 5 hours depending on traffic. |

Arrive at AHC |
Students will need to arrange to be picked up and will be reminded to call their ride when we are 1 hour away. |
Important Reminders: This event is free and students will receive money to purchase meals on the trip. The hotel we will be staying at is Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento. There will be 2 students per room and rooms are assigned by staff. Students are not permitted to switch or change rooms. There are 2 faculty chaperones from Allan Hancock College also attending this trip.
